The concept for this photo series was a change in perspective. The location of this shoot was my family’s lake house, where I spent my childhood summers. As I got older, I started to venture to the lake house in the off-season. As I got older, the charm of the lake house changed from a bright, whimsical location to a more nostalgic one where the whimsicalness seemed more distant as life went on.
